Friendly staff, who helped and went out of their way to make our stay a really enjoyable one.

The rooms in which we stayed featured self contained kitchenettes. We expected this and it was part of the reason why we selected that option, but It was a pleasant surprise when we got there and found that not only did it contain a microwave, hob top cooker, and washer/dryer (as advertised), but that the fridge within the kitchen area was actually a full sized fridge unit complete with freezer compartments. Decent sized bathrooms and bedrooms, alongside a defined dining area and living room. We had to book a separate room for my daughter at a later date as we were unsure about the timings for her being able to come over to join us, so when we booked the additional room for her, we weren't sure where she would be located in the hotel in relation to our room. But when we got to the hotel, they (the hotel staff) had made a point in arranging to put her room right next door to us, which was a really nice gesture.

Huge for Seoul

The double suite was large and very comfortable. The location was a 10 min walk from a few different stations however there was a bus stop right in front of the hotel as well. The coffee in the lobby was decent.

The location wasn't the best, there were homeless people under the bridge right by the hotel and it was in an older more run down part of Seoul. The dryer washer was also terrible and left our clothes smelling awful.

I would come back to this hotel.

A spacious room with two bathrooms helped a lot, even for two people. Both bathrooms had a shower, and the master bathroom had both a shower and a tub. It was nice to soak in the tub after jet lag. There was a full-size fridge with a kitchenette for anyone who loves to cook and stays long-term. There was a small park within walking distance if you wanted to go for a walk. Swimming pool access (free) was nice for early morning entertainment. The restaurant next to the front desk could be convenient even though we did not use it. The front desk staff was friendly when we checked in.

Very dusty floor beside the bed, under the desk space, and the nightstand drawer. The elevator seemed to be slow and opened/shut very quickly. The washer/dryer was difficult to operate even with the manual and did not seem to work the best. The hotel was in a good location. However, it is not right next to a subway station - you do need to walk at least 5 minutes to get to the nearest station. The railroad crossing signal and in the middle of the night drilling were noisy, but the other side of the hotel might have been quieter. Regardless of the noise, it was a quiet hotel. I would still stay at this hotel, hoping my room would face the city hall side, not the railroad.

Fraser place great stay

Room large and very comfortable. Spa/sauna/pool facilities really good. Large fridge in the room.

No coffee in the room. Pod machine but no pods. Breakfast was expensive, and didn't try the buffet due to the price. Plenty of good places to eat close by. Bit of a walk to the closest subway station.

Wonderful stay with all necessary amenities close to Seoul Station and Line 2 at City Hall Station (walking distance).

Spacious space with kitchenette, big frig, washer/dryer and lots of closet and drawers. The furniture may seem a bit tired but it’s still functional. 4 bottles of water were replenished daily, as well as coffee and washer detergent. We were facing construction across the street but the noise didn’t bother us since we were mostly gone during the day. When we were there in the morning, the noise wasn’t loud enough to be distracting and annoying. We walked everywhere to all tourist attractions.

Great stay and well located in Seoul.

The place is well located, just a 10min walk to city hall station or Seoul Station. Rooms are big and facilities are great. Staff are lovely.

The rooms are not soundproof (on floor 8 anyway) and the sound of the cars throughout the night can be a little bothersome... But nothing earplugs couldn't solve.

Very Good

The room was spacious, fitted with a small kitchenette and washer/dryer. Bathroom/toilet was spacious too. Staff were helpful and friendly. It was quite centrally located, with bus stops in front of the hotel. Seoul station was just one bus stop away. Some of the attractions like Deoksugung Palace, Namdaemun were within walking distance. Restaurants were just around the corner.

There was a sliding partition that separates the kitchenette from the bedroom. We found it a bit awkward and even annoying sometimes as we need to slide the partition to access the sink or drawers. I think the 4oom can do without this sliding partition.

Great place for a longer stay

I stayed here for 9 nights and it was great. The room was large with plenty of space and TONS of storage space. The kitchen & laundry was nice to have and easy to use. The staff was great - the cleaning staff was so sweet, friendly and caring. The desk staff was really helpful. I liked the location. You can walk to a few different subway stops, tons of bus stops are out front and it was easy to pin for a cab. Walkable as well and felt neighborhood-y behind the hotel (a few little neighborhood parks and spots to sit) but was still quiet and chill. There is a CU directly next to the hotel and many other convenient stores and food spots nearby. 15 min walk to Seoul Station. It was really great and I'm glad I stayed there.

Wonderful

Location was good close to all palaces and traditional markets. Nice tourist zone. Room was bright and spacious. Kitchenette and laundry machine were very helpful. Cleaning lady mopped the floor every day. wooden floor felt nice. Bed and pillows were comfy.

This hotel doesn't have automatic door to make it easy to carry luggage s. One side even has stairs. The most uncomfortable chairs in the room and main lobby.

Good-sized functional rooms, attentive staff. Good-ish location, but construction noise (spring '25)

Good: Hotel rooms were well-sized and had all the required amenities, including 24 hour front desk. In-unit machine machine was bonus (though it was bonus dryer as well, see below). Good-ish: Location was fine, walkable to subway stations but took 7-9 minutes in each direction.

Bad: Dryer was combo with washing machine and laundry still felt damp at the end of every drying cycle. Ongoing construction behind hotel was loud, started early in the morning and could be easily heard in the rooms (as of spring 2025).
